Hazel Wolf has been a Licensed Massage Practitioner since 1991 and has been studying Energy Healing modalities and involved in the Alternative Healing field since 1981. She holds a B.A. in French from Birmingham University in England and has been a teacher much of her life, first of French in Canada and the U.S. Later she taught bilingually as a Tennis Professional in large indoor clubs in Montreal and also as a Ski Instructor.
She began studying Qigong with Dr. Sun in 1994 and loves to share the benefits she herself has experienced in her life through Yi RenŽ Qigong in a warm, gentle and light-hearted manner. She looks forward to sharing with you the self-healing tools offered by this wonderful practice of Qigong.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese Energy Practice some 5000 years old. It is the basis of Traditional Chinese Medecine, including Acupuncture and also the foundation for the martial arts. It consists of simple movements, meditations, visualizations and breathing exercizes that can be practiced by anyone. Regular practice brings multiple benefits, such as Stress reduction, Relaxation, improved Health, Flexibility and Vitality.
